EDULCORANTES
Después de leer los riesgos del alto consumo de edulcorantes, y en vista de lo dificil que se me hace consumir jugos o café sin endulzarlos, ¿cuál alternativa me recomienda? por favor. Gracias.

Hola Arelys: Los edulcorantes son un reemplazo muy útil para aquellas personas que no pueden endulzar sus bebidas o comidas con azúcar,
Si bien existen diferentes tipos de edulcorantes: Artificiales y naturales, estos últimos son una alternativa recomendada, ya que contienen menos efectos adversos que los edulcorantes artificiales.
Dentro de los edulcorantes naturales, podemos encontrar:
- Sucralosa: Es edulcorante derivado del azúcar común, endulza hasta 300 veces más que el azúcar. Este tipo de edulcorante puede encontrarse en supermercados.
- Stevia: Es un edulcorante proveniente de la planta de stevia, la cual se encuentra naturalmente en Sudamérica. Este edulcorante se utiliza para endulzar preparaciones, bebidas, etc. La stevia puede encontrarse en herboristerias o dietéticas.
Cualquiera de estas alternativas pueden ser muy beneficiosas a la hora de reemplazar el azúcar.
